We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- Returned in its original packaging
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
